 lecht und Physik\, die wir in unserer Gruppe diskutiert haben. Insbesonder
 e werden wir im Stil eines Journal-Clubs über die beiden Artikel „How w
 ell-intentioned white male physicists maintain ignorance of inequity and j
 ustify inaction" und „Toxic workplaces are the main reason women leave a
 cademic jobs" sprechen.\nNach jedem Teil bieten wir Raum für Diskussionen
 \, die durch Fragen angeregt werden\, die die Teilnehmer zum Nachdenken ü
 ber ihre eigenen Erfahrungen anregen.
